1 cup red lentil soaked for 4 hours
1 tbsp saunf (fennel seeds)
1 tbsp dhaniya seeds
1-tsp salt
1 big onion finely chopped
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp dhaniya jeera powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp asafoetida
1 tsp grated garlic
1-Cup oil to fry the pakoda
Directions
Grind soaked red lentil, saunf, dhaniya seeds and salt together adding very little water.
Now add chopped onion, garlic, turmeric powder, dhaniya jeera powder, red chilli powder, asafoetida and mix well.
Heat oil in kadhai and fry all small size pakoda on medium flame till crispy. Arrange 3 pakoda in 1 stick and serve hot in a plate.
